Phone support for Shopify
Vocallia picks up on the first ring, looks the caller's real order up in Shopify, and tells them where it is. No voicemail, no ringing out, no missed order.
14 days free · no card · from $19/mo
Reads live Shopify data on the call. Not a script, not a chatbot with a phone number bolted on.
Nights, weekends, the moment a shipping notification goes out and forty people ring at once.
Install, pick a number, done. No phone system, no carrier account, no dev work.
Why a phone line at all
Nobody to recruit, train, schedule, cover for at Christmas or pay while the phone doesn't ring. It costs the same on a dead Tuesday as it does on Black Friday.
A customer who can't reach you calls their bank instead. Answering — and being straight about a part-shipped order rather than saying "it's on its way" — is the difference between a support ticket and a dispute you lose plus a fee.
Your name, your voice, your policies, word for word — at 2am and on the four hundredth call of the day. No script drift, no bad mood, no new starter guessing.
Callers are answered in parallel, each in their own conversation, and capacity scales with demand rather than with how many people you've got free. There is no hold queue to overflow.
How it works
Install from Shopify. It reads your policies, your address and your contact details so you don't retype anything.
Choose an area code near your customers. The number is provisioned and routed on the spot — nothing to configure.
Your voice, your opening line, when orders actually ship. Then call it yourself and hear it.
What it handles
Safety
Most of the work in building this went into what the agent is prevented from doing. Those limits are enforced in code, not asked for politely in a prompt.
Order number plus the postal code on the shipping address. Wrong guesses are capped, and a wrong number and a wrong postal code give an identical answer — so nobody can work out which orders exist.
No refunds, no cancellations, no edits. The only thing it can write is a note on an order. A caller who talks it into agreeing still can't make anything happen.
Stock levels, delivery dates, prices and policy all come from your store. Asked something it doesn't know, it says so, writes it down, and gives the caller your email.
It has no way to answer how many orders you take, what sells best, or how much stock you hold. That data has no path to the phone line at all.
Pricing
Every plan includes a phone number and every feature. The only thing that changes is how many minutes come with it — and the more you use, the less each minute costs.
For stores taking a handful of calls a week.
The usual choice once the phone rings daily.
Steady volume, or a store with seasons.
High volume, drops, and recall weeks.
No card to start. Connect your store, take a number, and call it yourself. Your minutes and days left show on the dashboard from the first call, and the trial simply stops when it's up — nothing to cancel, nothing to charge back.
Start free trialNo feature is held back for a higher tier. A store on Starter gets the same agent as one on Max.

Every call, written down
Full transcripts of every call. A queue of everything a caller asked for that needed a person — refunds, cancellations, address changes, missing parcels — each one noted on the order in Shopify so whoever opens it can see why.
Nothing is dropped on the floor, and nobody hangs up having been told "I can't help with that."
Questions
Judge it yourself — that's what early access is for. It uses contractions, reacts before it answers, and you can hear faint typing while it looks something up, because dead air is the moment a caller decides they're talking to a machine. You pick the voice and the pace.
It writes the request down, tells the caller a person will come back to them by email, and gives them your address. You decide whether it then offers to hold or ends the call.
No. The number comes with it. No carrier account, no PBX, no forwarding rules, nothing to install on a desk.
Orders, products and your published policies, read-only, plus permission to leave a note on an order. Nothing else — no customer lists, no payouts, no ability to change a thing.
Forward it. Your current number keeps ringing and lands on the agent, so nothing on your packaging or your website has to change.
From $19 a month with 100 minutes included, up to $249 for 3,000. Overage runs $0.06 to $0.12 a minute. That's less per minute than any other AI phone agent on the Shopify App Store, at every size. The first 14 days are free and don't need a card.
No. Setup is three screens and takes minutes. After that the only thing needing a human is the request queue — the calls it wrote down because they needed a person, which you work through whenever suits you.
Calls are handled in parallel rather than queued, and we add capacity as your volume grows. If you're expecting a spike — a product drop, a recall, a shipping delay email — tell us beforehand and we'll make sure the headroom is there.
